Parc d’activités du Cadran

Located south of Bourg-en-Bresse, the site covers 35 hectares, with around 20 already being marketed. It hosts industrial and production activities in a high-quality landscaped setting, with versatile plots tailored to companies’ needs. The four zones of the Cadran site offer spaces dedicated to production, logistics and transport, with direct access to the A40. The park offers plots with a wide range of areas, from divisible lots starting at 3,000 m² up to parcels of 4.5 hectares.
