A social and solidarity-based enterprise serving the public interest, Agence Déclic is a consulting and training firm focused on social and environmental transition. Founded in Rennes in 2015, it opened a new office in Lyon with the support of ONLYLYON Invest and the backing of the Lyon Metropolitan Authority.
Climate challenges are forcing companies to rethink the way they work and produce. To successfully manage this transformation, they need support to anticipate and master these changes. Agence Déclic has taken on the role of guiding companies, public authorities, and non-profit organizations in their approaches to corporate social responsibility (CSR and PSR), the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), and sustainable development. In 2023, the firm opened a new branch in Lyon. For its establishment in the region, it was supported by ONLYLYON Invest, the economic attractiveness program of ONLYLYON & CO—formerly Aderly (Agency for the Economic Development of the Lyon Region)—backed by the Lyon Metropolitan Authority.

With a team of 24 employees based in four French cities, Agence Déclic supported 190 clients in 2023. Since its founding in 2015, the firm has worked alongside companies, public authorities, and non-profit organizations. It places CSR at the heart of their economic strategies and offers tailored support to help them carry out their social and environmental transitions. Each action plan is adapted to the client organization, depending on its level of maturity on these issues, and is delivered with the rigor associated with B Corp certification.
Through its activities, Agence Déclic aims not only to meet the needs of its clients but also to serve the public interest. Its commitment and exemplary practices have earned it the status of a “mission-driven company,” with the stated purpose of “helping make our regions more high-performing and sustainable.” It has also obtained the “socially useful solidarity enterprise” (ESUS) certification and received the Qualiopi certification for the quality of its training programs.
Lyon, a strategic choice for Agence Déclic
After Rennes, Nantes, and Paris, Agence Déclic opened a new office in Lyon in June 2023. This expansion meets several objectives. The firm already had clients in the area, and the new office allows it to serve southeastern France locally, reducing both financial and environmental costs associated with travel.
Following a market study, the firm’s co-managing directors, Aurélien Ollivry and Anne-Laure Simon, identified a strong market with relatively little competition in the region. They also observed a clear need and willingness among local companies to undertake social and environmental transitions. Finally, they aim to make Lyon the firm’s second-largest office.

ONLYLYON Invest and the Lyon Metropolitan Authority support the establishment of social and solidarity economy companies that drive the ecological transition
The Lyon Metropolitan Authority supports the development of social and solidarity‑economy companies such as Agence Déclic in the region. It is particularly committed to backing entrepreneurial projects whose social purpose contributes to improving residents’ quality of life. To this end, it funds organizations that support social and solidarity economy initiatives aimed at addressing societal challenges.
In this context, Agence Déclic benefited from the services of the ONLYLYON Invest program to set up its Lyon office. The program facilitated recruitment and helped the firm find a shared workspace for its new office. Agence Déclic is now based at La Cordée Opéra, a coworking space on rue Jean Moulin in Lyon’s 1st arrondissement. Located in the heart of the city, the lively Terreaux district is easily accessible by metro and train.
Additionally, the Lyon Metropolitan Authority is working to help local companies transform their business models and accelerate their transitions. It has published a directory of organizations supporting sustainable transformation, in which Agence Déclic is listed.
