100! That’s the number of micro-crèches Tom&Josette aims to open within five years, with a core mission: rebuilding connections between generations. Founded in 2019 by Astrid Parmentier and Pauline Faivre, graduates of HEC’s Master in Entrepreneurship, the Tom&Josette network of intergenerational micro-crèches serves a triple purpose:

• For “Tom”: offer parents a family-oriented structure, whose educational model—based on Montessori pedagogy—encourages diversity, empathy, and community living.
• For “Josette”: create warm, family-like moments for older adults, helping them overcome social isolation and reconnect with transmission, sharing, and engagement.
• For partner facilities: enhance the value of their healthcare structure by offering a differentiated environment for senior residents and strengthening employer attractiveness through a unifying social project.

Tom&Josette provides a turnkey solution to its partners: from planning and managing construction to implementing the educational project within the facility, including the setup of structured daily activities.

If you manage a healthcare facility and are interested in the project, you should have an adaptable space of 120 m² or a buildable area in your grounds to host a micro-crèche accommodating up to 12 children and 4 professionals.
