Existing on a human scale, and located adjacent to the Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport in the heart of the Lyon–Chambéry–Grenoble triangle, the Porte de l’Isère urban community (CAPI) is where urban, industrial and natural heritage coexist. The second-largest economic center in Isère, it hosts R&D and innovation hubs, with around a hundred companies holding integrated laboratories or design offices.

The project will transform a former industrial site into a sustainable business park, with marketing scheduled to begin in 2026.
